Stall & Steer Checkpoint Passed

According to John, we passed the stall & steer checkpoint without any problems. The motor was stalled at 50% duty cycle, while the steering servo was commanded left and right. The TA also pushed against the servo to make sure its supply didn't suffer.

John reported some perceptible vibration or glitching in the stalled motor when the servo was pushed. We'll have to investigate that further.
